When you submit an application, faces.rent collects the name, email and other details you choose to provide. We use them to review your enquiry and contact you about relevant licensing opportunities.

What we collect

Talent applications may include location, professional role, acceptable categories, restricted uses and an optional portfolio link. Brand enquiries may include organization, campaign brief, media, territory, duration and budget. This application form does not request identity documents, face scans, photographs or payment details.

Who can see it

Applications are held in our site database for review by the faces.rent team. We do not publish submissions or share talent details with a brand as a license. We may contact you before making an introduction.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your application by emailing support@themusicgen.com. You can also withdraw from future consideration at any time. Existing project agreements, if any, will have their own terms.

Storage

We keep application records while needed for reviewing enquiries and future opportunities, subject to deletion requests and applicable obligations. Our hosting provider processes the records for us.
